1. Overview

4. Transfer of Ownership & Liability

Upon successful delivery, full ownership, responsibility, and liability for the product are transferred to the customer. This includes responsibility for:

- Preventing unauthorized access

- Maintaining account integrity

We are not liable for any loss, suspension, ban, reset, recovery, or restriction of the account after delivery, regardless of cause.

5. Platform & Game Publisher Responsibility Disclaimer

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any actions taken by game developers, publishers, or platform providers (e.g., bans, resets, or account recovery by original owners).

Any such actions are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

6. Refund Policy

Exception – Verified Third-Party Compromise

A refund may be considered only if:

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or dispute with your bank, card provider, or payment processor once the product has been delivered.

You agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving and securing the product constitutes a breach of these Terms and may be treated as fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to:

- Contest disputes using delivery confirmation, access logs, and transaction data

- Provide evidence to payment processors and relevant parties

- Restrict or permanently deny future service

8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse
